Format

* Standard-constructed format
* Deck lists are required

Invitations

* All other Philippines Regional Championships award 8 invitations to Philippines Nationals.
* All Philippines National Qualifiers award 8 invitations to Philippines Nationals

Tournament Length

* 50 minutes per round
Number of Swiss rounds based on attendance according to the following chart:

410 or higher 10

Advancement

* All players may participate in all Swiss rounds

Top 8

* Top 8 matches will be best 2 of 3

* Top 8 matches will have no time limit. Players are expected to play
at a reasonable pace and finish their matches within 50 minutes.
* Where necessary, the standings after the Swiss rounds will still be used to determine final order in the standings

Players are responsible for knowing all DCI rules
Players must bring pen, paper, card sleeves and appropriate counters

Kudos to Nicco Criste, from San Fernando, for having the perfect record during the REgionals Event (6-0). Despite of it, Nicco vetoed his chance of taking an invite for the Nationals. The same thing can be said with Jun Flores. Stay tuned for more updates later. For now, im going to list the 4 players who were able to grab the four invites:
